To enrich the spiritual and cultural lives of faculty and staff, preserve China's outstanding traditional culture, and strengthen collective cohesion, ISE organized an autumn outing themed "Autumn Gathering" on October 24. Participants visited Langfang's A Dream of the Red Mansions: Fantasy City of Drama. Centered on an immersive cultural experience, the event featured a live-action performance of 《A Dream of Red Mansions》and exploration of garden-style settings. Faculty and staff immersed themselves in the charm of this literary classic amidst autumn scenery, fostering a sense of unity and motivation through interactive exchanges.
上午9:30，大家从公司集合出发，一路欢声笑语，于10:40抵达廊坊-只有红楼梦·戏剧幻城园区。刚入园，大家便被充满艺术感的场景装置吸引，在园区入口拍摄集体合影，定格秋日美好瞬间。
Departing from campus at 9:30 AM amid laughter and cheer, the group arrived at the Langfang's A Dream of the Red Mansions · Drama Fantasy City at 10:40 AM. Upon entry, artistic installations immediately captivated attendees, who gathered for a group photo at the entrance to capture the season's beauty.
随后，大家开启了一场穿越“红楼”的观影盛宴。本次观演聚焦《红楼梦》经典场景与创新演绎，观看了有关特色剧目。大家在一场场演出中，沉浸式感受着红楼文化的深厚底蕴与艺术创新的魅力，老师们纷纷表示：“这种沉浸式观演打破了传统剧场的边界，让我们在互动中读懂了《红楼梦》的文化密码，比单纯阅读原著更有冲击力。”
Subsequently, the group embarked on an immersive cinematic journey through the 《A Dream of the Red Mansions》，This performance experience centered on classic scenes from Dream of the Red Chamber and innovative interpretations, featuring distinctive theatrical productions. Through each performance, participants immersed themselves in the profound cultural heritage of the Red Chamber and the allure of artistic innovation. Teachers remarked, "This immersive experience transcends the boundaries of traditional theater, allowing us to decipher the cultural codes of 《A Dream of the Red Mansions》 through interaction—far more impactful than simply reading the original text."
漫步园林秋景，凝聚团队温情
中午，大家在“毕业季餐厅”品尝了精致的中式简餐，一人一份的套餐既便捷又暖心，席间的欢声笑语让团队氛围更加融洽。
At noon, everyone savored an exquisite Chinese-style light meal at the "Graduation Season Restaurant." The individual set meals were both convenient and heartwarming, with laughter and cheer during the meal further enhancing the team's camaraderie.
稍作休整后继续探索园区。幻城光影秀则用现代科技与古典元素的碰撞，为大家呈现了一场视觉盛宴。除核心观演环节外，教职工们还利用间隙漫步园区，园区内仿照《红楼梦》场景打造的亭台楼阁、曲径通廊，让老师们沉浸其中。
After a brief rest, the exploration of the park continued. The Fantasy City Light and Shadow Show presented a visual feast through the collision of modern technology and classical elements. Beyond the core performance segments, faculty members strolled through the grounds during breaks. Pavilions, corridors, and winding paths modeled after 《A Dream of the Red Mansions》 scenes immersed the teachers in the setting.
在一整天的活动中，教职工们不仅在“红楼幻梦”里感受了传统文化的创新表达，更在彼此的交流互动中凝聚了情谊。大家纷纷表示，这样的活动既丰富了精神文化生活，又让他们在沉浸式文化体验中汲取了奋进力量。
Throughout the day, participants not only experienced innovative expressions of traditional culture within the "《A Dream of the Red Mansions》 Fantasy" but also strengthened bonds through mutual interaction.
